What are visualizations?

I work closely with my clients and other coaches to create personalized Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) visualizations to help them move closer to their goals, break down barriers, and change their state of being.

Some people have referred to it as breathwork or meditation, but it is slightly different. I use both breathwork and an intention to see what you can’t see when you are focused on the rest of your life. By relaxing and being guided, you can see what is “under” the surface of your thoughts.


Why would you need an NLP Visualization?

Grounding exercises: Using mindfulness and focus to calm yourself and connect with your intention for the day.

Change state of being: Fulfilling a need for more energy, removing anxiety, removing fear, increasing calm.

Anchoring: Remembering a time that you felt powerful, resourceful, or focused and transforming that feeling into a tool to use in your everyday life.

Future Pacing: Picturing everything you want for your future self. What will it look, sound, and feel like when you have all that you want?
